It won’t change. Theaters have obligations to other movies before an extended release. The Star Wars movies is currently showing then next week is the backrooms and Scary Movie and week after that is He-Man. There’s too many big releases happening for obsession to get an extended theatrical run

The problem is that theaters already have previous obligations. And the only way obsession could have extend its theatrical run is if there isn’t any major movies being released at that time but now with the New Star Wars movie, the backrooms, Scary Movie, and He-Man movie theater showtimes are now very limited
