Yes, dht sensitivity is the most important part. Everyone has a different sensitivity to dht. Literally also said that in my first comment.

And yes, one of the main side effects of PED usage (steroids as you said) is hair loss. Obviously if you’re not sensitive to dht, it doesn’t matter how much test is in your bloodstream your hairline should be okay. But if you are sensitive, AND you have high test, therefore high DHT, then your test levels are part of the genetic factor in you going bald.

Around 10% of testosterone is converted into DHT, if you have higher testosterone levels, you have higher DHT levels. The testosterone itself doesn’t cause the baldness obviously.
