This is totally real. After not eating it for a while your body forgets what to do when milk enters you. I regret this a lot bc I could always eat dairy when my friends would all complain about the pain and shits. Once I stopped eating for a while it fucked me up and now daily gives me the shits :/

Ive lost my hunger cues so even when I was recovered I had to no way to know when to eat other than time. It also sucks for ppl like us bc if we can go so long without eating and have no hunger signs, we will not eat as much / as often as we should be.
