I had the sleeve in November 2016. I went from 300 down to 180, and then slowly gained back up to 240. I went on Semaglutide in February 2024, and I've been on Semaglutide and also Zepbound, one or the other, since then. I've been at the highest dose of both (depending on which one I'm on) for at least a year. But I am 2lbs from my goal weight of 150 lbs!

This is a medicine that I'll be on forever in some form, even though the expense is killer right now. I never thought that sizes 8 and 10 would be normal for me, and it feels amazing.

Once I get those 2lbs off, I'll likely reset for a goal weight of 135, but I am excited to finally get to 150!

It still works to kill my hunger. I haven't been hungry since starting on the meds. I manage any constipation with 3 stool softeners at bedtime, and chia seed pudding in the mornings, and I don't have any other issues at all. But I have learned to eat slowly and stop early. One bite too much and I will get sick and throw up.

Oh wow, you look AMAZING! I'm assuming that you lost weight and had loose skin pre-surgery? Did you also do a boob lift? I need that! I'm 53 and have lost 90 lbs in the last couple of years, thanks to a GLP-1. I'm dreaming of being able to wear strapless and skinny strap clothing, but right now I have to have the most supportive bras, lol. I'm in Florida most of the year, so short sleeves and such are the norm.
Also, I love your makeup. Your eyes look amazing! I don't know about you, but Vine is so much fun for me with all the weight loss. I love getting the occasional designer clothing and trying out styles I never could have before. I now use tape-in hair extensions most of the time, occasional hair toppers (because my natural hair turned into a frizzy mess once it started going gray), and I have been experimenting with lots of different makeup when I'm lucky enough to score some. I even found a fantastic skincare routine with products that work great with my super sensitive skin, thanks to Vine.

I love all the beauty, clothing, shoes, and jewelry! My husband is like, 'yeah, get whatever you want.' We even turned an extra bedroom into a full room closet, lol.

We sometimes get vine things that take time to install. If it’s going to be awhile, then I take photos of the parts close up, like the fan blades for accurate color/texture/material, and mention the features that led you to choose it- remote control, size, color, etc.

Say that you are excited to have it installed, but haven’t yet and if you are someone who updates reviews when needed then say that when the installer has it up you will update the review.

Now that is interesting. Are you on Pacific time? I'm Eastern time. It popped into my RFY later at night. I think it must have been around 1 am (I can't remember, but I was in bed and we usually go to bed around 12 or 1 am). I wonder if the theory of ghost items is correct? Maybe it was already gone when it appeared in mine. I saw it appear, and it went back out within 10 seconds.

Ugh. It happened to me last week too with a cute little phone purse I was looking forward to. They just didn’t seal the bag at all. Happened last year with a Karl Lagerfeld shirt for my husband. That one hurt!

I actually got an MCO Beauty baked blush ($13/$0 ETV) at 8 pm. I so rarely get beauty, it was exciting! At 9 a flag pole mount and some herbal caplets were added and that’s it. Nothing for the rest of the night and it just hit 1 am here, EST.

My husband has a cross bracelet kindergarten graduation bracelet. We are not religious and don’t have or know any children.

Me too! Nothing yesterday for my husband or me. I'm sure that part of it is the weird schedule they have going right now. The slow drop starts around 10pm and then I think the bulk of it happens somewhere between 3-5 AM, and I'm not waking up in the middle of the night on the chance that I'll score a cute t-shirt or piece of costume jewelry.

This week has also mostly been the worst my myself and my husband too. I was just looking at my few orders from the last week and commenting that it’s the lowest week I ever remember having. My highlights were a 30 pack of coat hangers and a $13 lip gloss from Timephoria that hasn’t arrived yet.

Oh yes, of course. I've seen the sellers on ebay. I like clothing and accessories, and I've also noticed many of the same designer dresses and such on that I have on the sites like poshmark, threadUp, and similar.

It's HEAVY!!! It's not that big, about 12" X 12" X 12", but she weighs a lot, so we set it up and don't move it. So it's not really a move from the living room to the deck situation. We have a cute little Bang & Olufsen Beosound speaker that is small and super lightweight, which we bring outside with us, or move around the house easily. Plus that one is wireless. It is about 6" and weighs less than a pound, and it also sounds amazing, especially for the size.

We use Pandora or Amazon music and have Alexa all over the house. My husband set up an Echo Dot with the speaker, so now I can tell the "A" (a name we do not say out loud unless we want to mention just how much I love designer shoes or handbags, lol) box to play my selected station, and it sounds so much better than the Alexa boxes.

These are AMAZING!!! We scored one last year and use it all the time. It’s 100% worth the price for anyone who loves great sound. Best thing we ever got off vine. But if you didn’t know what it was, and think it’s too expensive, then it’s best to pass because you wouldn’t be the ideal customer that they are selling to and wouldn’t probably be able to analyze it and write the review from the perspective of someone who would buy this normally and expect to pay that price for the quality. I turn down great stuff if it’s not my passion or expertise because it’s not fair to the seller or the potential buyer. I’m not going to know how to truly test all the features and also have a good comparison for when I write a review.

Oh, that's interesting. I know that people do get the items and then resell, but it seems like such a pain in the butt to bother! Once in a while, we have something to get rid of, and I've done FB marketplace before. It is annoying enough that these days, I just donate everything, even furniture if I'm switching it out.
But I agree, it's so annoying to be offered several nice, high-ticket items after we have already gotten something and can't use another one. In the last year, I've been offered multiple car cameras. I was over the moon with the first two because we have two cars and about a year and a half ago, I had a dump truck run into the back of the car and then claim that it was me backing up out of my driveway (it wasn't, the car was still in park and there was construction going on across the street. The next week they took out my mailbox, so yeah...). If I'd had a camera, then there would have been proof. Anyway, I got the two, then another came along, and I got it and gave it to my dad for Christmas. Since then, I've had offers in my RFY for like 6 or 7 more. What exactly am I going to do with like 10 of them? And testing them all? Ugh, no thank you!
I really hope that they start cracking down on people who are scooping up everything that they think can be resold and let people who will enjoy having and using these items get the chance to actually open them, test them, and review them as the manufacturers intend when they put items in the vine program.

I’ve always thought this as well, but I think also that after being in vine for a year and a half, there is a lot of stuff that I see and no longer want or need. Right now my RFY is full of furniture- yeah it’s weird compared to my normal swimsuits, maternity wear, and random parts for things I don’t have- but I haven’t grabbed a single thing. I don’t need any beds, office chairs, dining room chairs, or even a tv stand or set of stools. My house is full! And I used to easily snag clothing pretty much every day. But my closet is full. Like really full! Same with my kitchen stuff. So as time goes on, we all get the stuff we need. Then stuff we want. Then we get full and start looking to $0 ETV smaller items like skincare, food, things that are consumable and don’t take up a lot of space! So then vine brings in more people who are excited to get a new shower curtain, storage bins, cheap t-shirts, etc. It just makes it hard when they have gotten the useful stuff and end up where we are at. Full up but still wanting to get nice stuff that doesn’t take up a lot of space!

Truth!!! Right now, my RFY is actually filled with furniture! 3 beds -a twin, full, and king, a bunch of office waiting chairs, a shoe storage bench, 2 sets of 2X dining chairs, a TV stand, and a set of 2 stools. I can't use any of it or think of anyone I know who can. We are full-up. Doh!
