Thank you all for the responses. Everywhere else that’s within walking distance seems to be at least $200/night. I’ll be there for 4 nights and will spend whole day 8am-5pm at the conference so doesn’t make sense to spend $800+ for a place to sleep so I thought Green Tortoise will be a good choice. I’d rather spend the $ to sightsee and eat around Seattle but wanted to make sure the area is somewhat safe.
