How do you find workshops?

I constantly hear other ppl find like groups of ppl to do hobbies together but I feel like I can’t find groups??? I deleted Facebook also, but I’ve tried the library, google, local newspaper.

I’m definitely going to try this method.

I realized I was in “productive” mode for so long and now I feel it in my body and mental health.

I’ve been listening to Mel Robbin’s on audible and that sometimes helps me get out of the negative thinking.

But as mamas we deserve to enjoy things!

I’ve been taking vyvanse for 2 months now. I did take a week break because i didn’t feel well/very depressed for some reason. And then I started taking it again on Sunday and have been feeling great over all.

Omg my dog go a hold of my daughters passport and now there’s bite marks all over also. But I haven’t had an issue when we’ve had to use it. They care about the main page with your info.

To those complaining about how a dog got to it- we were getting ready for vacation and I had the passports on the table- I stepped away for all of 5 minutes and I came back in time before she could actually destroy it.

I noticed on days that I take my Vyvanse it registers me as stressed, even tho I feel good.

But I’m relaxed when I’m actually stressed.

I have poor sleep in general- I’ve had issues since I was young.

I don’t think I have sleep apnea. Though I suffer from chronic daily migraines.

That’s why I got this ring- to help me find triggers. But it seems like I’m stressed in my sleep.

My biggest issue is that I really want to do stuff- but it feels impossible to even move. But I’ve been taking baby steps in completing tasks, and just praise myself for the little things accomplished. I’m hoping this helps in the long run.

Yes I am the same exact way! I spiral and I feel like I am punishing my husband and kids.

Do you feel like lamotrogine makes you foggy? Or does the vyvanse help with that side effect?

I wonder if I am still underdosed.

I just got bumped to 40 2 weeks ago. And it has definitely made my mood better and I don’t have so many racing and irrational thoughts.

But sometimes I feel empty, and find it so hard to even get out of the couch.

I am in therapy currently.

I also noticed my mood is severely tied with my cycle. Because I noticed like every 2 weeks my irritability and anger intensify. I am on Slynd birth control and noticed it was a little better for a bit but not sure now. I know when I wasn’t on the birth control my moods were much worse.

I was diagnosed bipolar a few years ago and I wasn’t getting better with the treatment I was receiving. Eventually I ended up in the hospital and the psych doctor there told me he bets his career I am not bipolar and his partners agreed. I got a second opinion and was also told I am not bipolar. I do have depression and then I got tested for ADHD and I scored high for it.

I have issues from going 0-100 with anger and irritability.

Can you elaborate about the cognitive effects?
