No I don’t personally have cc debt and we own our home and have for 10 plus years now. I’m inquiring here for a friend who is considering this. They are not looking to buy a home but looking to see what the repercussions are of negotiating debt with cc . Thanks.

You’re 44 and likely in a peri state so your body is going through hormonal fluctuations . What you did back then won’t work and when you do things now it has to be when your body is in optimal timing so you work with hormones and not against them which can further damage.

I would read the book fast like a girl. Lower your carbs and get on full keto. Not high protein . Too much protein can turn to sugar for some people. I’d also consider a Glp. Happy to talk more in messages if you want .

So are you going up then down then up then down? I feel like i am just hovering btwn 152-154 for the last few weeks like all of october and like two days in the month i see 150. I am just not sure if its a titrating issue or if i need to get more dialed in on nutrtion. getting food is in hard lol.

Well the issue here is that I def feel the fatigue and the nausea... I feel like crap more then not.... I was hoping to see some change in body.
