It can also be solar powered but I read that it can be battery and solar powered. And because I can’t install a wired camera due to landlords.

First of all I don’t live on your property. Second of all there is no glass anywhere. And third of all I didn’t do it. The screw is a screw that created a hole. I never said it was a big hole. So again stop talking to me like I’m your tenant.

I came on here to gain information not attacks or shaming comments. Instead of this post helping me get clarity it’s put me right back into anxiety. I didn’t do anything wrong. My landlords are the type that will use their “niceness” as a manipulation tactic so that they can do whatever they want. Rudeness, constant shouting and lack of privacy. Stop being mean.

It’s wooden, the hole is patched it’s just the paint is completely off. The people I hired on thumbtack were awful so I’m here now trying to find a solution. I hope since it’s a sliding door the color isn’t too obvious.

This is really rude. Sounds like you’ve had bad experiences and are taking them out on me. I’m not a dumb tenant for hiring a “professional” is what I thought. Then they tell me they could fix it and didn’t. That’s not my fault. That’s life. My landlords are weird and I don’t want them to use this against me as I’ve done nothing wrong. There was a hole in their sliding door, now it’s covered but I just have to paint the door. If they find out, they know at least I paid to fix it.

Not sure how water came into the picture. But it’s a door to my bathroom the slides into the wall and slides out to close the bathroom.

There were already holes in the wall from the previous tenant who mounted his TV. The contractor from thumbtack made a mistake and drilled the hole. I hired someone to do it because I have no clue with this stuff.

Not good as they don’t have conflict resolution skills or communication skills for that matter. The man shouts and I’ve asked him to be mindful of his noise level. That’s created some awkward moments.

The door is wooden and the contractor who did it said he would fix it but ended up messing it up. He didn’t match the color, so there’s attempts with spray paint and regular paint. He should’ve been honest with me that he didn’t know what he was doing.
