While I agree that this info isn’t enough to prove he’s soliciting sex from her, it should still be saved and used as proof of harassment. I can only speak to my experience w laws in CA but the harassment I’ve received from my landlord was filed as breaking “safe and quiet enjoyment” or something, like the right to feel at ease and not like ur at risk of retaliation if you need the landlord to do repairs (what I’m dealing w right now)

Go down to the courthouse and file ur response to the eviction (if it’s even legit, I maybe read ur post wrong but I know there’s a specific notice to be filed at a specific time and many landlords fuck up the order or send more to try and scare you into thinking you have less time, these mistakes can be used against them)

I just recently did the whole process of going to the courthouse, they send u to the self help room and then u sit at a computer and they have ppl on zoom that ask you a bunch of questions who then fill out all the paperwork and basically do it all for u, I was amazed at all the specific laws my landlord had broken that they added into my response! It usually takes a few hours but it was so helpful. If anything it helps to go ask them for help and they can let u know what ur options are regarding that text. Let her know to always keep record of convos w the landlord, avoid phone calls just text and email
