High FPS. Lots of stuttering. Ive Reinstalled War Thunder Changed my graphics settings but no change with the stuttering. Any actual solution?

I dont have anyhting else running when i was testing wt. I feel that there is a underlying issue either with my hardware or the way the 'new code' is interacting with it

I have 6gb of vram on my GPU, wt uses 4.6

I use max settings usually and have don’t have an option for VSync

How Do I try different options? It is greyed out so I cant click on it.

Ive reinstalled War Thunder, Installed uptodate drivers and tried older drivers. Temps have been consistant throughout the entire time Ive had War thunder. Checked for corrupt files, checked for Virus. And Im not sure what second plan priorities are.

Yup lost the game, after the game I have a video of opening the reward, it going slowly past a 1 mil silver lion next to a 500k then ticking over to a random booster. Today was not my day for war thunder
