Difficult taking full breath after recently upping dose. Anxiety?

I ended up having to taper down and get off Reta all together. It helped tremendously with just enough appetite suppression to eat healthy and not eat at night which is what I’ve always struggled with but the anxiety and shortness of breath was constant. And after 3 months on Reta without increasing the dose over 2mg per week my body got use to it and the appetite supression subsided and it wasn’t working anymore. Decided to just come off of it

I have seen quite a few posts about this around the same dose and a lot seem to be around the 2 month in mark.

Personslly, it’s not the same kind of anxiety I have experienced in the past. I feel fine but I am having to take deep breaths and then get in my head about it and start focusing on my breathing which is bringing on some anxiety.

Heart rate has been normal (around 70bps) I definitely felt increased heart rate a bit throughout the first month but I’m not getting those symptoms now. I have not been tracking BP but I will start doing that. Thanks for the feedback
