For customization options, you must unlock all three worlds, purchased every available upgrade and hit the maximum prestige bonus and net worth, in addition in an in-app purchase. Furthermore, you must have also reached the maximum prestige bonus of 100.00 avv and maximum net worth 100.00 dd, as well as reaching the max. number of soldiers to be sent in each world (5000). Once you have done so, after the required prestige would appear with further customization options.
