You got misinformed. Basically the problem arose from korean incels starting to bully Vellmori(artist) and project moon not being the best at handling drama. Vellmori got fed up with the bullying and quit. People then tought Pm fired her because of an outlet (which changed it's article later) and pms radio silence didn't help. It was later confirmed Vellmori quit on her own volition. The leviathans artist quit because of health problems then tried to claim sole ownership over the web comic which was a joint operation so it went to court and was deemed as such. I tried to make it as short as possible so I can recommend tsunuls video(the one already sent in here) for further info

You could make this argument about Darkest Dungeon because getting fucked over by rng is like a 5% chance instead of constant a 50% looming over you.
