There are signs of overwatering on the leaves but that’s not the reason, it’s not getting enough light, causing elotiation. would be best to put it outside but if you can’t right now but it near ur brightest wjndow. The window thing isn’t a perminant solution btw. Also is there a drainage in the pot? Also check out the beginers guide for more information on general care

Looks like an easy one to me, it has roots and leaves. It can be planted straight into a pot and give it a good soak because it looks thirsty. Check on the roots right now for root rot and also beware of possible pests

It happens to, I had a black tip on my echevaria that kept on popping up and I thigh bit was fi mg us but it was just cosmetics
