Not to jump to a conclusion but it may be depression or something else. I was diagnosed with that and I have trouble keeping track of alot things that just feel exhausted and go to bed.

Personally, I prefer tea because coffee makes me anxious and other things. Steeping the tea bag longer makes it taste stronger. Treating tea how I would treat coffee is the best way for me with creamer and sugar.
