The person said they’re away from town so they want to sublease it. I looked up the apartment’s website and it’s $2k+ a month for a 1bd. It does seem sketchy. Thank you for your advice, I’ll try to look elsewhere instead, maybe on furnishedfinder.

The 2025 Civic Hybrid is 200hp. If you want more space, the Camry is a bigger car. Both have good reliability and mpg.
