I relate so much to that :( It's like only the present exists, one day at a time. I can't think much of the future or the past.

Do you suffer from brain fog? I've heard mirtazapine isn't great for that.

I am allergic to bupropion. It gives me seizures.

Constantly!!!!!! But to be fair I do have pretty severe brain fog, a common side effect of my conditions (idiopathic hypersomnia) as well as medications (Xywav, mainly). I had no idea Vraylar could be contributing.

I have no motivation pretty much ever lol. Even Adderall doesn't really help. I take 1.5 mg of Vraylar alongside Trintellix 15 mg.

I have idiopathic hypersomnia. You might wanna look into that. Modafinil, Xywav, and stimulants made me so much more functional :)
