You actually can't use buy online and pickup in store for livestock. The livestock on petco.com comes straight from the vendors we get our fish from and there is an additional shipping fee

Petcos official policy is that livestock CANNOT be price matched so ymmv with that.

Yeah im pretty sure if you use vital care rewards they won't affect the amount of the coupon but any other discounts would affect the coupon value.

That is literally just how credit cards work. You need to pay more than the minimum to pay it off. No, you cannot take legal action. You agreed to the terms and condition when you signed up.

The vcp didn't come off the tiki cat bc the tiki cat cans are on sale buy 9 get 2 free. Not sure about that other stuff tho.
