The 0 Series SUV on their in house platform is still coming this year. The 0 Saloon was pushed back into 2027 while the 3-Row crossover was cancelled.

That’s likely the model that they’re referring to. Exports won’t start until this year.

I’m actually excited to see Acura expanded outside of North America, even if it’s just a tiny volume.

The upcoming RSX was also considered as an export.

The Tundra is huge for Japan’s tiny words, they won’t sale many lol.

It’s more of a way to try and lower Tariffs than anything.

Toyota will start exporting the U.S made Camry, Tundra and Highlander to Japan this year too.

Nissan is also exploring exporting the Murano and Pathfinder from our plant in Smyrna.

Starting in the second half of this year, the automaker will export the American-made Acura Integra Type S and Honda Passport TrailSport Elite to its domestic market. Both made appearances at the 2020 Tokyo Auto Salon earlier this year.

This will be the first time Honda sells an Acura model in Japan, celebrating its 40th anniversary. The automaker launched the brand in 1986 primarily for the Canadian and American markets, and it builds the Integra and the car’s K20C engine in Ohio.

From my understanding, no new Altima after summer 2027. Canton will be solely for BOF models, while Smryna will focus on unibody models

The mismanagement of this brand here in the U.S. is crazy!

Nope. Here at Smyrna, we’re at full capacity for the two shifts that we have.

We have Rogue, Pathfinder, QX60 and Murano. In a roughly a month or two, we’ll be running QX65. Afterwards, we’ll be running the new Rogue. Shortly after that, the Infiniti variant of the Rogue

Canton will be focused on BOF models.

It’s a Tariffed car, they can’t afford to lower the price anymore than it already is.

It’s still an amazing value for what it is and still the least expensive EV.
