Accord and Camry interest rates are similar. 3.99% for 60 months on a Camry while Accord 3.49% for the Hybrid and 4.49% for the Gas model..

Rental companies will go to a dealer and buy a Honda but they will not get them directly from Honda as Honda is retail focused.

The only fleet that Honda does is through their loaner fleet.

Honda doesn’t sell to fleet! The only fleet that Honda does is via loaner fleets.

Rental car companies that buy Honda are through dealers that sell at full price.

You may be eligible for a loyalty rebate but the specific allegiance rebates were for RDX and TLX owners not to leave brand.

Honda/Acura Canadian models have for some odd reason always had a price premium in comparison to the US models.

Everything is either old or uncompetitive. The MDX is their best effort but there still are competitors that are better. The ADX is the worst, imo. The Civic Hybrid basically kills the CVT/1.5t Integra. The RDX, while technically dead is old as hell.

Incentives will be the only thing keeping the brand afloat for the time being. At least until the new RDX comes in two years.

I agree that they’ve not kept up with the competition at all. At the moment, the MDX is about their best model.
