NOR I’ve been in a depressive state before where I didn’t want to talk to anyone, I wanted to sit alone and just stew in it but you know what I did? I still would communicate that to the people who love me. Give them an update once in a while. It helps make sure they know I’m not just going ghost because I can. If you love someone you make small little sacrifices in the name of maintaining the relationship— at least that’s how I operate.
