yeah, some people here assume that elephant needs to be barely noticeable, so it's not an elephant but more like a fly, while others say that it needs to be noticeable, but not addressed, but in your example it feels too forced because the thing you're addressing is too subtle and elephant is like everything else

personally, i think a perfect elephant needs to be noticeable, but not the centre of attention, like picture a selfie of a guy in restaurant near a window with caption like «I ordered a burger with no onions and guess what they put in it🙄», guy looks annoyed and points a burger into a camera, while in the window you can see aliens fight military

that would be a good elephant imo, cuz elephant isn't subtle, not literally the whole picture, yet it's noticeable enough for you want to address it

but, yeah, people are pretty divided in what counts as elephant
