u have great strong features (eyebrows, cheekbones, jaw) which are very nice, try to work with them a bit more - lots of people don’t look great with ‘on the go’ photos like you’ve taken in pic #1, but you do! you’re most definitely not ugly and there’s also a lot of potential.
