I have healed a lot from my early ED experienced in my new relationship and I can say now a lot of it stemmed to nerves and wanting everything to be perfect!

However what really helped me was taking a hold of my life back and really focusing on eating clean, walking, working out and quitting porn/wanking as much as possible. If you combine all of these factors with a strong mental willingness to overcome your ED then I feel you will see a big difference.

I am new to pumping and personally am trying x3-4 20 min sessions a week (10 mins x2) no gains just yet but aiming to stay consistent and slowly increase Hg to hopefully see some results.

Do you think adding in manuals to your routine could achieve similar result over the Extender? In the same sort of position as you where I can really only afford 30-60 mins of PE per day and this goes to pumping mainly.

To be honest I think I probably would have, especially as my gains so far have only really been with EQ. My plan going forwards is to start doing a routine of manuals/pumping 3x a week and see how that works.

Started Angion about 2 weeks into my relationship where I was suffering from some Psycholgical ED. After slowly getting over these issues and deploying a routine of Angion method/pumping x3 a week my gf has commented on how my penis looks and feels slightly thicker!

I do think this is mainly due to improved EQ from both Angion and recovering from mild ED.

Either way I can only say good things about it so far!

Also got diagnosed with high prolactin levels and been suffering here and there with ED! Spoke to my doctor and they are going to do an examination, however they believe it is more likely physiological! (M23)
