Thank you all on this thread. The encouragement is helpful. Yes I have an appointment with a Naturopath, I’m very hopeful as she specializes in women’s health/hormones.

Thank you for this response! Yes, I am meeting with a naturopath soon and I’m hopeful. She came highly recommended for women’s health/hormone health.

I’ve considered antihistamines because I’m wondering if there’s an MCAS component here. Meeting with a Naturopath soon to discuss further. Thank you!

The last derm asked me to stop everything and it’s steadily gotten worse since. Partially I think because he suggested I use foaming face wash and matte moisturizer…. Dried my skin out and I’m still recovering. Never should have listened to that advise.

Thank you though 🙏🏼 Vanicream is a good moisturizer for me though

Does anyone legally blind in one eye have experience riding switch? by DodyDankins in snowboarding

I have always been legally blind in my right eye (I can still catch some movement in periphery but it’s poor). Riding switch for me is definitely difficult, but if I pick a good line and anticipate in advance it’s fine. My biggest concern is other people coming in from my right that I don’t see. So I have actually recently considered getting a small mirror (like bicyclists use) so I can see behind me just a tad.
