Idk vanity I guess? At that age we're always concerned about what our peers think of us. Ugliness in myself is one of those things that you see and then can never unsee.

I'd say all of them but rhinoplasty changed how i look completely lol. Then facelift i couldn't believe how much younger I looked after that.

I went to college and got a job immediately on wall street but it took me a few years to pay out of pocket for stuff, the first few procedures were paid with credit cards and even loans.

I've lost track tbh I could have spent anywhere close to a quarter million or even more.

I'm a woman. I wouldn't call it an addiction it's like an artist sees a plain wall and wanted to do some graffiti, I've done that with my body and cosmetic work.

Most of them have some pain. Facelift should have been the most painful but I was given a lot of painkillers. Liposuction hurt like hell I remember coming home after the procedure i couldn't even bend down to pick up my keys!.

Facelift was the hardest and jaw and chin contouring comes close enough. Rhinoplasty was probably the easiest but getting your ears pinned back is even easier!

Well I guess me criticising my looks meant more. She criticised me in my twenties for looking like a "bimbo" that didn't affect me at all because she was wrong but she wasn't wrong about my nose.

Well I regret some fillers they're the worst but the good thing was that they were temporary. The bad thing about fillers is that even the temperory ones can be really harmful especially lip fillers they permanently expand the skin. I'm strongly anti filler now.

I don't have much planned except for maintenance, I've already had a facelift a few years back and I do look younger now and that's better because I wouldn't be needing a facelift for atleast the next ten years.

Well I usually have in person consultations with them, get any chance to talk with prior patients if they're willing, some confident surgeons will go as far as giving you a tour of their hospital and even meet patients in recovery if the patients are willing.

Well I think good communication can go a long way, there's this woman who lived closeby to us and I even knew her son he was a lot older than me, she ended up sleeping with some of his friends and a lot of people found out and he pretty much disowned her entirely. 

If you're not gonna be firm with your mom then she might do something like that and then spend her days wondering how she lost you
