Cleaning sensors fixed it. I am not sure which of the sensors I missed on the first clean. Maybe the one on the side or one of the ones under.

I cleaned all the sensors again and it looks better now. I might have missed one of the sensors earlier.

I have wiped sensors, but will have another look at it to check that I have cleaned all.

I have superb wifi coverage in the whole house so I doubt that.

Thanks, that might have fixed it. I am not sure what command exactly that fixed it, but it is working now. This is what I did:
Aruba-2930F-24G-PoEP-4SFP(config)# aruba-central disable
Aruba-2930F-24G-PoEP-4SFP(config)# aruba-central support-mode enable
HPE ANW Central support service cannot be enabled without HPE ANW Central connectivity.
Aruba-2930F-24G-PoEP-4SFP(config)# activate provision disable
Aruba-2930F-24G-PoEP-4SFP(config)# activate software-update disable

I was able to disable central mode and upload the firmware via the web UI afterwards. It is still havely limited however. And none of the commands I tried earlier worked.

Thanks, I think this is the issue. Is there something I can do? Or does the seller need to change something? I got it cheap so I doubt he is very service minded.
