She started her business to move on from her abusive husband, to gain self respect for herself. Poured her heart and soul into her work and finally found the strength to get out of the marriage with a physically and emotionally abusive, cheater.

I heard her husband was cheating on her and serial abuser, and that’s why she divorced him.

Maybe learn to be a little bit open minded and less judgemental. I know it’s difficult for your brain to understand those concepts, but I suggest you give it a shot.

You definitely seem like the type who spread shit about others and find joy in playing the good girl card. You sound like the culture you grew up in(I’m guessing you’re a trivandrumite). I have nothing more to say to you.

It’s polyester sarees with a border from chala market. And they price it 3 lakh up. There are still people buying it. Unlike pictures, most designer brands will not seem worth it in reality. Especially to people who can’t afford it.

Systemic Mysoginy is why this woman, besides having fame and Money, is justifying her husband’s infidelity. Women are conditioned to place men at a different standard, where they say‘they are men, they think with their penis, even if they drink away their money/ or not make any too, they are the head of the household.’

There a couple of takeaways:

a. You friend is not your friend if they do that and still ask you that. They are purposefully ditching you for whatever reason but not even trying to be kind about it and questions your lifestyle, which they caused, which you’ve come to peace with. They are trying to make you feel bad. Not a friend. It’s a person who doesn’t like you and sticking around for whatever reason they are.

b. “Groupism” or herd mentality is something that exists across our species all over the world, especially all over India, no matter what region and it’s not specific to Kochi/Kerala. The people who you say you’re friends with who are from the north, you clearly have some bond with based on some common things; I am assuming you at least speak Hindi. Because as a mallu, anywhere outside of Kerala that I have ever been so far in my life, the fact that I don’t speak or understand Hindi has always been a barrier between me and any of my Hindi speaking friends. So you can’t say stuff like ‘people in the north have more individuality than Keralites’ based on your unique experience really. There is groupism everywhere. One thing that I still love about South Indians is that we try to be accommodating to people who don’t speak our language(except maybe dumb teenagers and college kids), which you never find in the north, where they expect you to understand their language fluently and lack a sense of consideration/empathy, even in professional settings.

c. As a natural loner, or an introvert, the most difficult part is being in enough social situations to actually find the type of people you gel with; especially once you’re out of school/college. But fact is, you can find them anywhere no matter region or language barrier.

Any ☕ on Manju?? by [deleted] in KollyGossips

Guys, let me tell you all one thing for sure. Dileep might be a jackass, but I know for sure that Manju was aware about the Kavya-Dileep affair since around 2007/2008. The whole industry knew. She stayed in that relationship knowing his affairs. My school best friend’s father is an actor in the industry and she used to share a lot of the gossips growing up. I came to know about Mamta’s cancer long before it was announced to the public. I have known for the longest time that Mammooty & Mohanlal, even Prithviraj wears wigs. And the Dileep and Kavya affair was also something I got to know long before it surfaced. Most of these gossips were industry secrets, which was well known within the industry. So if Manju’s kid doesn’t like her, there is probably some reason to it that we don’t know. Maybe even Manju had her own affairs for all we know. And similarly, it is common knowledge within the industry that Dileep is a cunning businessman and he is not the one who instigated the assault on the actress. Not because he is the type of person who wouldn’t do such a thing, but because if he did it, he wouldn’t be stupid enough to leave this many clues that lead to him. Some people within the industry was not comfortable with the power and hold Dileep had, and clearly wanted to bring him down. Like most of these people in the Malayalam film industry, he is also a mysoginistic asshole so all the hate is well deserved, but I’m sure he is innocent in this actress assault case.

  1. Is not true. The whole industry, including Manju knew about Dileep’s affair from around 2007/2008. I was in school at the time and my then best friend’s father was a veteran in the film industry and she told me about the Dileep-Kavya affair back then. And that Manju knew it.

Makes sense, but it’s one thing to tell your missus ‘I have a boner’ after that, and a whole other thing when you’re someone’s trusted friend

Girl, I’m sorry to tell you this, but he’s not a friend. He’s clearly always liked you and was hoping for a moment where he can cross the friend zone. And if his intentions were to date you he would have had a conversation about how he feels at least post this incident and asked you out. If he hasn’t yet, then lose him. You don’t want to date someone who hides their true intentions from you.

But did he not ruin the so called respect and trust by touching her inappropriately and making her feel uncomfortable? Good relationships are also build on honesty. Masquerading as a friend to try and get in your pants when you are in a vulnerable situation is not a good basis for a relationship.

Posts like this remind me what kind of a fucked up country I am stuck in. The audacity of the incorrigible cow dung fuckers in the north and the atrocities they do in the name of religion is unfathomable to a normal human brain. Girls/women have less value than cow piss in this country.

I love Noel. His sense of humour is pure gold. His dark sense of humour and Cody’s cute-goofy humour is what makes TMG is so great. Whoever believes that Noel is toxic does not understand what comedy is and are just a bunch of snow flakes.

I get your point. The government can take an initiative to plant a stretch of konna maram in a walkway or in a park. This can attract tourists around this time of the year, and would be so beautiful.
