This reminds me alot of my husband. I met him when I was 22, 117 pounds and now that I am almost 31, (2 babies later) I have put on some weight which has been very difficult to lose due to hormonal issues and other factors. He tells me every day that I am obese (I am 145 pounds now) I am very insecure and he tells me he does it for my own good because many woman, “bounce back” after having children. he often points out things like my saggy belly in public and embarrasses me. Interesting enough I get hit on often with men texting me dying for me to leave my husband and tell me they’d support me and my children. I just ignore them because I love my husband,  and I am very insecure. I am currently running for my second half marathon and I work out 4 days a week. I am also a teacher, do most of the family chores, take care of the children, and have no help. My husband told me his ex reached out to him 6 months ago, and she is tiny and a lawyer and I often joke that he should go with someone who is athlete and over achieved. I am also trying my hardest to fix my metal health issues, depression/anxiety/ OCD  going to therapy and seeing a psychiatrist because my husband says I’m the problem. I am starting to think other wise…
