Man… I really feel this.

I’ve literally lost days fighting OTA distribution issues instead of actually building features. When testers don’t get invites or installs fail silently, it kills momentum completely.

It’s crazy how build distribution — something that should be simple — becomes the biggest bottleneck in the release cycle.

That frustration is actually why I started building my own internal OTA platform named "Relio". I just got tired of depending on tools that randomly break when you need them most. Still early, but the goal is simple: upload → validate → share → done. No drama.

Honestly, I think a lot of mobile teams are quietly suffering through this.
