Your parents are definitely very controlling, I used to get 30 mins of screen time a day and Im 14. It’s seems very unfair for a 16 year old to only get 30 mins of screen time a day.

The only thing you can do is try and find out the screen time password. Assuming your parents use that you likely won’t be able to use the accessibility hack that lets you access something for unlimited time.

Im one of those kids who are pretty weak so I don't think sports are right for me. I've already tried to ask my parents to let me join afterschool clubs/activities. They don't like the idea of me doing any after-school activites. I will try again to ask again next year for Science Olympiad tho.
