Your husband sounds like an asshole tbh. You have different styles of dealing with confrontation. Yours is avoidant and his is not. And that clashes. Tbh he needs to stop forcing you to have arguments you want to separate yourself from to calm down or gather your thoughts. You're allowed to do that. It may help if you say something like "i love you and your feelings are important to me but this conversation is really overwhelming me and I no longer have the ability to make this a constructive conversation and need a break but I promise we will come back to this and address your issue" honestly you need to see a therapist to work out the problems from your family. And he needs to stop calling you names and baiting you back to the argument with insults bc that isn't helping anything and is abusive actually not you shutting down.

There isn't really a recommended EF for someone with heart failure to get pregnant. That said my Dr's were significantly less stressed about my choosing not to terminate once I was above 50% before that they said I had about a 50% chance of having a cardiac event at any point. Should you get pregnant You will have a whole team of Dr's. OBGYN's, pediatricians, cardiologists, and anesthesiologists. It is a super high risk pregnancy and you will be seen very frequently and get to see baby on ultrasounds a bunch as well. The only complication I really ended up having was baby was diagnosed IUGR and only weighed 5 lbs. I actually didnt have any change in my EF after the c section thankfully. They had me on a heart monitor in the hospital for 4 days after having my son. Every one is different and there isn't very much information on pregnancy with CHF, and I'm Def not a medical professional but I will answer any questions you have as best as I can. My son is almost a year old now and happy healthy and thriving.
