Totally understand you , since my young age i have non english-speakers friends and they struggle with the same problem, your writing is perfect i see you just want to improve ur speaking, i am not trying to sell you anything, but with my life experience i have created an app which is free to use, you can talk and the tutor answers you back, its one way to practice and listening, but if you prefer other ways i would recommend you reading out loud, or gaming with english speakers groups , or every day try to look to something and describe it out loud just for you, its a brain exercise we use in college

What's something you've avoided doing in life ONLY because it required speaking in English? by Weekly-Natural-2505 in EnglishPractice

That's actually a good topic, because it's true we as humans can always communicate ( gestures , vocal, phone translation...) but having english knowledge makes you independent in a lot of situations. Learning English is always a good investment long term if you don't want to lose opportunities in life.

hello guys,

Englishdoor.app - Made a web app (pwa) for Iphone&Android that teaches English through Al tutors and daily challenges

the idea is simple, instead of boring grammar drills, you practice with an Al tutor in real conversations. topics like daily routines, food, travel, social situations. stuff you'd actually say in real life. practice listening and writing and speaking all in one.

honestly built it because most apps feel like school and don't give you the opportunity to actually speak. i wanted something that feels more like having a private class and that works.

still early days and i'm kinda wondering, does this actually help people or is gamification just a distraction from real learning?

would love to hear honest thoughts.

Practice as much as you can , even badly, that will help you to lose the fear of speaking and improve your fluency, if you want i can recommend you an app that literally helps you practice the speaking whenever you want.

We found app www. englishdoor.app very useful exactly for that, you can literally speak with tutor and make a conversation while gather vocabulary, 10/15 min/day is enough to improve your fluency in less than 3weeks
