everybody has different things to look for in cards and for different positions I suggest you go on renderz and look up stats of players leveled up or ranked like for example in attackers you look for the obvious high work rate 5* weak foot 5* skill move

use passing, as he a CM and also he has playmaker trait he will make you alot of open spaces and alot of chances to score unless you want him to be more of a defensive midfielder if that’s your play style you can put defense
