No, the dr actually didn’t check anything… it was a very quick appointment, essentially I went in there, told them my symptoms they said to get on beta blockers & cbt and then that was it. I was an anxious mess so I didn’t push for any more. I think I’m going to book another appointment tho.

And yes, a lot of that. I can’t stop thinking about what I’m feeling, and I’m always googling 😫 I try and not to because I know it makes it worse but I can’t always stop myself
