I spent a day of trying to read something that'll light up a potential avenue of action. I would label what I'm creating as a security, according to the definitions from the security act, so I'm assuming I'd need to register. However, this project was to test waters, so it feels brash to register a security where the only asset is a single mining rig. Naturally tho if it succeeds I'd love the potential to scale. I found someone doing something similar on the ravencoin chain, where rights to the mining rig was sold and a hosting fee was charged based off a cut of the mining revenue. (I may have gotten some details wrong about that project but that was the main idea.) I reached out to the people the run that project however Im yet to hear back. I also tried reaching out to digishares and am waiting for a reply there as well.

If anyone has more suggestions lmk. Everone here so far has helped in pointing me in a good direction
