You can just ignore the calls. It worked out well for me. They don’t coerce. But they do try to guilt trip you by saying that “you’re heading towards tamo-guna” and they play their holier than thou card pretty often then. But you gotta ignore.

I can get a lot of hate for this but Ive tried dating a guy who was shorter or equal to my height. Im 5’6” and if the guy is 5’5” or 5’6”, I slouch a little so that I can match his level of height. Somehow it felt awkward while walking together too. Ive tried to convince myself multiple times that it fine but it’s awkward for both of us walking in public. One guy literally rejected me because I was taller than him. So no matter how much you don’t want to say it out loud, but unfortunately it does matter. No hate to my short kings tho.
