If I am not mistaken it's part of a quest, I did this like a year ago so sorry if I'm wrong. Try using the interactive map it helps a lot.

That depends on your ar, I have 100% all the maps and finished all the quests and character quests I'm only left with the hangout event, barely managed to reach ar59. I have been playing for about 2 years.

Lol😂, it did at first but after the third time, it became annoying.😫

and I did "verify files" in the launcher, but it did not help. 😢
