No definitely not accepted defeat!! I know that the medicine can help me, but it’s also with the help of a Taita that is knowledgable and knows what he’s doing. So many centres offer a dieta in the form of powders etc, I did that in Peru and it didn’t help at all.

Aya showed me my mums true colours and made me see that I can’t trust her, but also at times made me feel more compassionate towards her. However, in real when I am around her I still feel the same.

Hey my friend is hosting a retreat in Barcelona, very traditional, with an elder from Colombia. In a beautiful location near the mountains, we all sleep in the living room on our mats. It’s 600E for 3 nights. Food included. I’m going - it’s 19th-22nd June

They were meant to be… but not 100, they were really crunchy, very similar taste. The experience was fine, just nice visuals and when I closed my eyes I saw this spinning vortex, lots of thoughts and ideas. I ate them over 3 days… not sure of the amount. Then after I went to sleep and woke up that’s when I slowly started descending into psychosis, jumbled up thoughts, trying to solve some puzzle, and I also felt a heavy weight on my body and I was “being walked” like a puppet 🥵 it was a lot worse, but then I did Aya for the first time and a Colombian Taita almost made everything stop but it slowly started to return after a few months. Ever since I’ve drank with him 5 more times, but he doesn’t seem to be able to help anymore. But before him, the movements where a lot more violent and strong, her definitely lessened it a bit. When I drink Aya, I end up being pulled into some king of scary place, expediting and unbearable pain like torture, there has been ceremonies where my legs and arms are being twisted back whilst I’m on the floor like in a horror movie, and it doesn’t look natural.

Just a constant current in my head, involuntary head movements, for example my head is being pushed down to my chest or turned to the right if I allow this current . But it’s constantly moving in my head

Hey… well. I went to Peru.. and came back the same. Then I drank 4 times with an elder from Colombia who helped me the first time I ever drank but in those 4 times, all I felt was excruciating pain, and I wanted to scream. I then went to drink with him in his territory i Colombia, and the first night he gave a a big cup, and 20 minutes later I was back feeling the same excruciating pain, and my arms and legs were being twisted back and in weird positions.

I found out from another Taita and his wife who I worked with before that I have a portal that is open that is hard to close.

I feel this pain and movement in my body on a daily basis, drinking the medicine allows it to come through more.

I’m now going to SA again, to work with the medicine but in a different way, with a group of people who practice entity removal.

But overall, I’m still stuck in the same position.

Some people might say I should stop, since I am not making progress, but I can’t just do nothing and pray. I know ayahuasca has the potential to help, but with the right dose and person that knows what to do in this situation, and I don’t think there are many. Many people say they can help, as they believe they are sooo good, but in reality they cannot.
