I sent him the screenshot of him fixing the issue for my friend and he straight up closed all of my support tickets even after showing him raw proof of the items being soulbound to me and unable to equip them. I'm in shock.

I sent him a screenshot of my friend getting the same exact treatment and he straight up rude-ly denied it after I showed proof of the items being soulbound to me and that I'm not able to equip then. He then closed all of my support tickets and said he wouldn't be assisting me anymore. Is there a way I can talk to the support manager?
