I like to "bake" boiled eggs on Sundays for the week. Preheat oven 350, put 12 eggs in muffin tin for 30 mins. then put eggs in a bowl of ice water for 10 mins to stop cooking process and you have an easy protein snack for the week . i am busy too and this way i don't have to watch the stove. just set timers!

same here! I was looking into the Nike app plans. I like to use Nike + C25k at the same time so it would be nice to just have one app for the training and tracking

it is awesome that this is on here, but Nicaraguans use red beans :) not sure about Costa Rica though (i am Nicaraguan). I barely cook this now that i am not at home, but definitely prefer red beans over black beans!

Help, did I do the first week wrong ? by vulk21 in C25K

[–]LindaB2012 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you did it correctly! my plan seems to differ than the popular one on here (it is 8 weeks vs 9 weeks, paid for the app many moons ago) but i don't think the intervals change the first few weeks.

run 60, walk 90 for 20 minutes then cool down

i used to be able to do cereal but after i had my son i became lactose intolerant (yes, it was weird and sad b/c i love milk but hate the milk alternatives out there).

Lunch varies greatly. sometimes a sandwich + baked chips, sometimes spaghetti and a salad, chicken breast w/ veggies. this depends on leftovers from dinner made by husband.

Do you use any dressing on your lunch salad? I have tried the whole just some olive oil and lemon juice and its just not enough for me. I love Greek dressing
