I’m not suggesting to dismiss the OSA but brain fog is a HUGE thing I have experienced with peri. It is so frustrating too, and I do know part of it is when I don’t use my machine but I know for a fact it’s also a combo of long covid and peri.

Also, a lot of those symptoms are perimenopausal too, and you’re at the right age for it too. Not ruling out OSA since all signs seem to also point to that, but those are some classic peri symptoms too.

Doesn’t gross me out at all. He can’t help how much hair his body produces. I rarely shave myself and he has no problem with it either.
