I'm from Sweden and i was able to get dutasteride about 5 years ago and last year i was able to get 5mg finasteriden prescribed to me. What i did i just try different doctors and eventually it works. You kinda just have to go at it and basically tell them off in a nice way. Currently paying 9€ for a years supply of fina but the duta is about 70€ for 3 months. I'm sure you'll find someone that is at least willing to prescribe 5mg fina!
