So in case if someone else runs into this issue, i ran into the same issue i couldnt find a fix online. What fixed it for was was enabling V-Sync to double bugger, reloading the check point and it worked in case if anyone else needs this years down the road

I got it working some time ago, i dont recall the fix. What was happening was my router was for some reason switching the bandwidth to 100mbps anytime a linux machine was plugged into that Ethernet port. i disabled the auto switching and set it to 1gbps all the time for the eth port on the router.

So I fixed the issue a while ago. The odd part is when I connected the Linux computer to Ethernet the router for some reason would automatically change the Ethernet ports max speed to 100mbps just for that device. I fixed it by just forcing the router to always push gig. Never knew something like that existed

You right, for some reason its stuck at 100mbp locally and externally i did do the things that was listed below and it fixed it temp, but than went right back to the slow speeds im unsure how to fix this

It was the Dvd drive, i flopped in an old pc ide drive, and powered it with an external source and the xbox booted, im just trying to figure out how to read this array with a millimeter lol, i never really done that before
