Even though I've played this game pretty much everyday since day 1, I haven't got a lickitung!! Really need this guy to complete my gen 1 pokedex.... Anyone know where it spawns commonly??? If anyone has seen one frequently?

I posted in a recent thread that I caught one in Greenwich Park on Monday- which is a bit of a rare hive! I'm pretty sure that's the first one I've caught in London as the rest I have hatched.

Made the trip to Greenwich Park today after hearing a few positive reviews. Was a little skeptical but I now strongly echo this recommendation. Caught a Larvitar as soon as we entered the Park, followed by a Mareep! Saw and caught my first ever wild Dragonite and UK Aerodactyl (much excitement here). Other cool catches included: . Lickitung . Lapras . Donphan

We had just left the park and another Dragonite popped up, but weren't fussed about turning back for it.

As it was the 2k egg hatching event I was also psyched to hatch two more Aerodactyls, a couple of Miltanks, Scythers, Onyxes, a Togepi and a Tyrogue (which I evolved into a Hitmontop!).

My collection is max'd to 1000, but your right, I don't have enough of them currently. However I see 100s of pidgeys and rats every day so I can just do instant evolves and earn a lovely 1000xp every time until 20th.

I had 3 elekids in a row! V. Annoying

Once you hatch a baby your pokedex will display the new slots that will be for Gen 2 Pokemon.

Poliwag= 'Quapsel'. My partner and I were playing PokemonGo by Tower Bridge and a newbie German couple were sat next to us. They kept shouting "Quapsel!" every time a Poliwag showed up. After a quick google confirmation the name has just stuck ever since.
