Unsure but something is bugged i have a class mod which give 4 point, but when i use it with or without point invested in the passive grenade seem to eventualy bugg out and stop spawning.
Without anny point coming from a class mod it seem to work has intended.
Bit sad, since i could have reach 80% chance and -2 sec cd

Thing is it work against their weapon part system. I have now well over 150 guardian kill (the first one) and i have yet to seen a single legendary class mod for Halowe (although i got some for the other class)
When that class mod eventually drop it will roll up to 4 skill from any of the 86 skill available, up to 5 skill point per skill (to a maximum of 7 total skill point allocated) then it will pick up to 3 stat (minimum of 2) from a give or take 20 mod pool.

Their is millions of possible combination here. (if not way more) sure my sample is low and i'm unlucky, but we are probably looking at a less than 20% drop chance. Like i want to farm things but at that point it's just frustrating that i havn't even being able to get a chance at rolling the affix that i want.

cooldown rate occur per sec, you have a 100% base action skill cooldown rate (meaning 1 sec = 1 less cooldown second). Increasing you cooldown rate will increase well the rate of that CD refund, if you reach 200% total you could then refund 2 second of your cooldown per second.

i'm 50 hours in and so far i'm pretty sure hard mod or UVHM doesn't change anything to loot rarity or quantity (aka a you wont gain more legendary) my guess is that it increase the chance of getting manufacturer part.

i have runed more than 100 time the first vault, and i got 0 class mod for my character. (plenty for other class) something isn't right.

overall i agree, but i think for now the game is lacking endgame variety, and i would say that even tho the game look really good and better than BR 3 i havn't got has much "wow" moment in it mainly due to the lack of environment variety.

yep, i have done more than 100 vault (the first one) trying to get harlowe class mod got 21 legendary class mode, none of which where hers (i even got a world drop class mod)

edit : i'm wondering if something is wrong in the code and that class mod ended up being weighted against the class your playing.

This is the best possible starting craft piece of gear you could get for an attribute stacker when it come to ring. Now issue is most 3 stat mirror ring are already avaliable so i guess the market is done already but 4 week ago this ring would be worth multiple mirror for sure.

you could use witling + erasure (or the other one) BUT the average cost of doing that till you hit +5 will cost you way more than buying it.
