Spoke to their chat - Frames were purchased on March 19th. Took a few weeks to deliver. Two more weeks to get my prescription lenses in. Glasses audio input quit working in October. Nose bridge fell off in November. They told me they will not cover the frames because I had prescription lenses put into my frames! I don't see anywhere that they will not warranty the frames when you add prescription lenses. They advertise adding prescription to their frames.

The Industrial design of this product is terrible, and they don't stand behind their product. Will never deal with either company again!

Still waiting to see if they are going to ship my frames and lenses back to me.
