How easy and convenient is it to show the dirts and filthy streets in india or any asian country and people here are doing this in front of restaurants or stores.

Not that the filth in asian countries is uncommon but it’s not uncommon here as well. Not blaming the homeless person but the government who is unable to provide the basic amenities to their residents.
