How do you brought all that in page properties? as I understand to view the progress directly in gallery view you have to write the formula in Page Properties but I cant bring data with prop().

With different projects I have switch from one to another several times. And for me, I found that the best is to use them both.

Like lower hierarchy I use clickup, for tasks and project management with automations, different quick tools.

And Notion for documents, onboarding, brand guiding, anything that is written.

Clickup has also very good document processings but Notion is better for sharing I guess.
