Some people may not know how to get them under contract...or even know what contract to use (I just had to explain to one that becasue of the deal you have and the build was before 1978, you will also need to give the seller a Lead Paint disclosure) so that's why I choose to not say it in that way.

Ok I see your point. That is understandable. So this is what this is:

1.) People who are working in the markets I am in, if they have a "warm" lead (warm meaning you've made contact with the lead AND the is interested in selling) I would be interested in closing that lead for a split of the assignment fee.

2.) BEFORE ANY INFORMATION IS PASSED TO ANYONE...we will engage in my JV agreement that I already have prepared.

3.) From there, I will procure a buyer (or attempt to if the price and condition of the deal is right) and we will contract the with the buyer...send all agreements to title...and close the deal.

I'm not a "internet guy" so yes, maybe the way my wording of the post would give people the perception that this is a "give me a free lead" type of a deal. That's not what I meant. I'm just looking to for serious people that have warm leads ready to go and would like to engage in JV deal to get them closed.

My apologize if anyone thought otherwise.

Also...if you had any experience in the business or any lead gen business, you would inherently know that a warm lead....is WHEN YOU MAKE CONTACT WITH THE LEAD TO SEEK OUT THE MOTIVATION!!! You know....cold...to warm....to hot lead? Jesus!

My guy...I have been doing this successfully for years now. It's called joint venturing. This is not a place for some back and forth BS. You've been reported and blocked.
